IDDSI levels

The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) Framework consists of 8 levels (0-7) where drinks are measured from levels 0-4 and foods from 3-7. The framework provides an internationally recognised description of drink thicknesses and food textures to improve safety for individuals with swallowing difficulties.
